Our client is an award-winning creative agency and global leader in employer brand solutions. They are now looking for a Social Media Executive to join the team.

As part of the social media and content team, you’ll get involved in everything from formulating content plans and briefing design teams to sourcing images, creating copy and reporting on analytics. In addition, you’ll be a sharp social strategist who can breathe life into a range of social media channels.

Working across a variety of industries with global brands as well as niche organisations, you’ll support delivery of bespoke social strategies and campaigns that meet and exceed each client’s expectations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team management of social channels for a variety of clients across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Plan and brief content creation
  • Ensure content is created, posted and monitored
  • Liaise with clients to confirm content calendars, provide updates, suggest new creative ideas etc
  • Support Media campaign planning and execution, updating and optimising campaigns across social
  • Create detailed and meaningful reports for clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with the Social Media, Creative and Design teams to ensure all content, assets and deliverables are met


Skills and Experience


  • Experience working across social media, ideally in an agency environment, including producing social content
  • Experience and knowledge of the crucial role social media plays in brand engagement
  • Ideally employer brand or recruitment marketing agency experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Solid understanding of analytics and metrics
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team to tight deadlines
