Our client is an award-winning independent digital agency powered by user-centred design, data and technology. They deliver impactful change for clients’ complex websites and strategies, and are now looking for a dynamic digitally-focused Campaign Manager to help them transform digital.

As Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll be an expert at initiating and delivering lead generation, brand awareness and client retention campaigns that generate sales and leads through multiple organic and paid marketing channels.

The role will initially be fully remote, as the whole agency is working remotely until the end of 2020.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategy – Question and develop creative campaigns across various media, audiences, segmentations and budgets through integrated data-based strategy
  • Execute and implement multi-channel campaigns
  • Increase agency’s brand awareness, lead generation and campaign marketing success
  • Oversee quality of work, create new processes and checklists
  • Organise, promote and run virtual and physical events

Skills & Experience required:

  • B2B Marketing / Campaign Management experience within a digital agency or software marketing environment
  • Significant digital marketing expertise across web design, content strategy, digital optimisation, video and CRM
  • Multi-channel social media marketing expertise
  • Lead gen, client retention, brand awareness and R & D marketing experience
  • Used to working and communicating effectively in an agile team environment
  • Analytics experience with GA, GTM and other optimisation tools
  • Data science experience and understanding of how to structure data and tags as well as write formulas
  • Confident presenter able to brief accurately
  • Experience running on- and offline events
  • Experience with sketching, wireframes and annotating designs and storyboards so that the wider team can understand vision
  • Strong managerial and organisational skills
  • Delivery and detail-focused
